A spam email is circulating and being sent to our staff and other congregants of Olive Tree Connections. It says it is coming from Senior Leader Fred Johnson. Please take notice of the email address below in red. This is not Fred Johnson’s email, nor would we ever ask our staff members or congregants to purchase anything.

“Dear ______,
I have limited access to my cell phone for now, we can only talk
through this email. Would you be able to get an (Apple gift card)
purchase done for me with your personal funds? I will reimburse you
with 10% interest tomorrow.
I am planning on surprising some of our diligent Board Members with
gift. I want this to remain confidential until they receive their
gift, Let me know.
