Simchat Torah is a component of Shemini Atzeret (“Eighth Day of Assembly”). This day celebrates the never-ending cycle of Torah (instruction) reading. On this day the yearly cycle of Torah was completed and a new cycle began.We will celebrate this day in great expectation of new and right cycles for all of us.
